Clinical Training at CHC

Medical Student Elective Rotations

Community Health Centers, Inc. (CHC) offers medical students the opportunity to participate in elective rotations ranging from one to four weeks. During these rotations, students work alongside Family Medicine attending physicians in an outpatient clinical setting, gaining valuable experience in a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) that serves a diverse patient population. While Spanish language skills are strongly preferred, they are not required.

Applications Closed: 2026–2027 Academic Year

Thank you for your interest in a rotation with the CHC Family Medicine Residency Program. Applications for the 2026–2027 academic year are now closed.

Residency applicants who are interested in shadowing or observing in our clinic may submit individual requests, which are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. For more information, please email residency@chc-ut.org
