Employer Benefits

  • Four weeks (28 calendar/20 working days) of paid leave. This includes vacation, sick, and leave for educational purposes used towards attending conferences, exams, and interviews.
  • Choice of health insurance plan options with network coverage for the trainee and eligible family members – premium costs are shared between Community Health Centers, Inc. (approximately 80%) and the trainee (approximately 20%).
  • Group dental insurance for trainees and their eligible family members (approximately 80%) and the trainee (approximately 20%).
  • Health Reimbursement Arrangement (HRA) for trainees enrolled in the Healthy Living Wellness Program to help with in-network medical deductible expenses* with optional enrollment in Flexible Spending Account (FSA). *Must be enrolled in Healthy Living each plan year and complete requirements to receive HRA benefits.
  • Long-term disability and Term Life Insurance coverage paid for by Community Health Centers, Inc. Additional life, AD&D, and short-term disability coverage may be purchased by the trainee.
  • Malpractice insurance is provided by Community Health Centers, Inc. for professional activities that are an approved part of the training program.
